Microgreens are vegetables and herb plants grown for 8-12 days. Unlike sprouts, they are cut above the root and usually have their 2nd set of leaves emerging. They are very high in vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants - many times higher than their fully grown counterparts. They can be used alone or to suppliment salads, wraps or cold dishes. I grow these locally and harvest weekly. All varieties are grown from non GMO seeds sourced from True Leaf Market.

I provide free delivery for orders of 5 units or more - please use the order page - I have a limited crop each week and my online system tracks quantities so I don't oversell. Order cutoff is Wednesday night for Friday delivery in Portales and Clovis.
My system automatically places any orders made after 12pm Wednesday to the next week's order list.
